Coffeyville Community College will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Linda Moley Academic Center for Excellence on Monday afternoon.
The new Academic Center for Excellence is named for former CCC President Linda Moley and offers a modern, student-focused environment designed to foster academic achievement through tutoring, sensory, and academic resources.
Linda Moley served CCC for 25 years and became the school's first female president in 2011. She also held multiple leadership roles, including Athletic Director, Dean of Students, and Executive Vice President of Student Services and College Relations. The ribbon-cutting will celebrate both former President Moley’s lasting impact on the institution and CCC’s ongoing mission to provide modern, high-quality educational resources for its students.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 3:30 Monday afternoon on the second floor of the Russell H. Graham Library on the CCC main campus. The community is invited to join CCC students, faculty, and staff in celebrating this special dedication. Light refreshments will be served.
