The Kansas Bureau of Investigation issues a silver alert for a missing Wichita man with dementia.
Wichita Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating 68-year-old Curtis Vines. Vines was last seen yesterday morning around 9:45 in the 6000 block of East Ironhorse, near 29th Street North and Woodlawn in Wichita. Vines s a white male who is 6 feet tall and weighs around 175 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair, and was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and blue jeans. He is believed to be on foot.
