A Neodesha teen is seriously injured when his UTV collides with a pick up truck.

 

The accident occurred Thursday afternoon around 4pm at the intersection of US-75 and 200 Road. The 15-year-old male was driving a 2019 Polaris Ranger UTV eastbound on 200 Road, just south of Neodesha. When the boy attempted to cross the intersection with US-75, he struck a pick up truck. The teen suffered serious injuries and was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita for treatment. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, he was not wearing a safety device at tht time of the accident.

 

No one in the pick up truck was injured.
