The City of Parsons is holding several events next week in honor of Veterans' Day.

 

The Elks Club will offer meals for vets on Tuesday at noon at the Parsons VFW, located at 105 Main Street. Those who want delivery can call 423-4305. There will also be a special program at Parsons Middle School called “Honoring Our Heroes.” the program begins at 8:05 Tuesday morning and the public is invited to attend.

 

The Parsons Veterans' Day Parade will also be on Tuesday morning at 9am in downtown Parsons. All veterans are welcome to walk, roll, or ride on the provided floats in the parade. Line up will begin at 8:30am at Crawford and Central.
