The City of Chetopa is wrapping up a water tower maintenance and repair project.

City officials say they will be flushing hydrants this week, so there will be some water on the ground over the next few days. After this final step, residents may resume normal water usage. Those on the Chetopa water system have been asked to conserve water during this project, which has stretched on longer than originally anticipated.
