The unofficial numbers are in from Election Day in Wilson County.
Voters had their eyes on two races in the county. The first was for the City of Fredonia mayor. Incumbent Allen Miller beats the challenger, Cody Gilmore. Miller received 315 votes compared to 23 for Gilmore.
The City of Altoona had a special question on the ballot it passed on a 29-0 vote. The question was for a retail sales tax of two percent for the next ten years. The sales tax money collected will be used for infrastructure improvements.
