Osage County Commissioners receive news about a minor setback to the construction of the annex building.

The State Fire Marshal's Office conducted tests at the annex building and those tests didn't go according to plan. Contractor Dalton Higgins says they are working to remedy the problem.  There were a few other minor issues that have been taken care of.

Higgins says the biggest challenge now is getting back on the list for the state fire marshal to come back out.  This setback shouldn't delay work on phase one of the courthouse project.
