Neodesha holds a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new wrestling practice facilities.
Wrestlers from Neodesha middle school were able to practice in the new building following the ribbon-cutting ceremony last Thursday. The facility was given the official go-ahead by the USD 461 School Board recently. The purchase of an old wrestling mat from Labette Community College means there will be plenty of room for all levels of wrestling in Neodesha from the youth club to the middle and high schools teams. The new facility was made possible by a partnership between USD 461, the City of Neodesha, Streaky Clean Laundry Mat, DCS Services, and the Neodesha Chamber of Commerce.
