18-year-old Naquan Antonio Lucas has been charged with first-degree murder in the June death of the 21-year-old Tarpinian-Jachym on June 30. The Granby, Massachusetts, native was an intern in the office of Kansas Congressman Ron Estes.
Two 17-year-olds are also charged in the crime. Kelvin Thomas JR. and Jailen Lucas have both been charged as adults for first degree murder while armed.
