An Independence man is arrested is two separate trespassing incidents.

37-year-old John Ketchum was arrested and cited for criminal trespassing twice on Monday. The first incident occurred around 11:30 on Monday in the 100 block of North Penn Avenue. Police made contact with Ketchum again at 3pm at the G&W location on West Myrtle, where he was reported for being on the premises after previously being trespassed. Ketchum was taken to the Independence Police Department where he was once again cited for criminal trespass.
