The Humanities Project from Coffeyville Community College welcomes singer-songwriter Daniel Boling to the Spencer Rounds Theater .
Boling has worked as a National Park Ranger and a Criminal Investigator for the U.S Bureau of Land Management before he began touring and playing music full-time at the age of 50. The Albuquerque, New Mexico, based folk musician uses his music to tell stories about a wide variety of characters, combining his singing with guitar, banjo, and harmonica. His 2016 album, THESE HOUSES, was considered for GRAMMY Nomination for Best Folk Album. He has been compared to John Denver, Pete Seger, and Woody Guthrie
Boling will perform Tuesday night in the Spencer Rounds Theater on the CCC campus.
