Three Bartlesville juveniles are taken into custody following an undercover operation for stolen property.

The Bartlesville Police Department took three juvenile suspects into custody after an undercover operation led to the recovery of wheels and tires valued at several thousand dollars that had been stolen from a local dealership earlier in the week. Investigators received a tip and located the stolen items listed for sale online. They arranged a “buy- bust” operation to recover the property.

An undercover officer met with the suspects in the Lowe’s parking lot and confirmed the items matched the stolen wheels and tires. Uniformed officers then moved in and took the suspects into custody without incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
