The Coffeyville Community College Marketing Department earns a national award for its efforts in promoting the school.
CCC won two awards from the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations. The marketing team earned a Gold Medallion Award in the Wild Card category for its Athletic Social Media Templates and a Bronze Medallion Award in the Novelty category for the 100-Year Celebration Medallion.
The Athletic Social Media Templates were designed by Candace Morris and provide CCC athletic teams with easy-to-use, branded layouts for social media. The templates help ensure a cohesive and professional look across all Red Raven platforms. The 100-Year Celebration Medallion was created by Bookstore Manager Aaron Phillips and the CCC 100-Year Committee who worked to design and produce the commemorative piece in honor of the college’s centennial.
The awards were presented at the 2025 National Council for Marketing and Public Relations District 5 Conference, held October on 8th through 10th in Kansas City. The annual event brings together marketing professionals from community colleges across Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota to celebrate excellence in higher education marketing.
