Montgomery County will have one less public transportation option starting November 1st. Coffeyville City Clerk Melissa Carter says SEK-CAP will have to suspend their transportation services.
Carter says Coffeyville made up over 61% of the riders in the county, which is almost double the next closest community in Independence at just over 32%. In order to resume their services in July, they will need the remaining $27,000 in community matching support.
