A raid on a marijuana farm in Pawnee, Oklahoma Tuesday leads to the arrest of ten people, and more arrests are expected.

 

 Wyatt’s Green, a marijuana farm, has been the subject of an ongoing investigation into illegal growing and business fraud.

 

 Led by Oklahoma’s Marijuana Enforcement Teams, officials seized over 18,500 marijuana plants and over 1,700 pounds of processed marijuana. Those arrested were taken into custody by federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

 

 The investigation charges Wyatt's Green management with growing marijuana without proper state licensing and the use of improper methods to obtain licenses by false ownership of the farm.

 

 Since 2022, Oklahoma’s Marijuana Enforcement Team and local and state agencies have shut down thousands of illegal farms, taking millions of marijuana plants off the market and arresting hundreds.
