A Bartlesville man is facing a felony charge after allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
46-year-old Omar Parks was charged on Monday with felony DUI, operating a vehicle with an expired tag and driving with a license revoked.
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, authorities stopped Parks for having an expired license plate. Officers say Parks showed multiple signs of intoxication and also admitted to drinking before operating the vehicle.
Parks will appear in court again on October 17th. His bond is set at $50,000.
