A Bartlesville man is facing a felony charge after allegedly assaulting a police officer.
19-year-old Christopher Pullins, Jr. was charged on Tuesday with assault and battery on a police officer. Pullins, Jr. also faces charges of disturbing the peace, a misdemeanor.
The charges tem from an October 12 the incident, Pullins allegedly got into an altercation with another individual at a Dewey residence. Dewey Police say Pullins then threw rocks at the residence and hit a security camera on the front porch.
As econd suspect in the same incident identified as Jasmine Sanderson was also charged on Monday with threatening to perform an act of violence, a misdemeanor.
Pullins will appear in court again on October 17th. His bond is set at $10,000.
