Another suspect on Oklahoma's 10 Most Wanted List in now in custody.
20-year-old Justice Jauquin Jones turned himself in to authorities in Oregon on October 4. He was wanted on multiple charges, including rape, domestic assault and battery by strangulation, and robbery. The charges stem from a July 17 incident in Durant, where police allege Jones repeatedly assaulted a woman who had attempted to end their relationship. Authorities also say he stole her phone and transferred approximately $12,000 from her bank account into his own.
Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted program began in September 2024 to spotlight violent fugitives and encourage public assistance in bringing them to justice. Since the program’s launch, 14 fugitives accused of serious felonies have been captured.
