A Dewey man is facing criminal charges after allegedly possessing methamphetamine.
42-year-old Bryan Daniel was charged yesterday in a Washington County courtroom with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and operating a motor vehicle with an improper tag. An October 8th traffic stop for an expired temporary tag decal led Bartlesville Police officers to use a K-9 officer on the scene. Officers then discovered a bag of what appeared to be methamphetamine.
Daniel will make his next court appearance on October 29. He posted a $500 bond.
