The City of Coffeyville Utility Billing Office is offering residents the opportunity to enroll in their Average Monthly Payment Plan.

The AMP Plan helps customers avoid seasonal fluctuations in their utility bills by spreading costs more evenly throughout the year. This allows for easier budgeting and predictable monthly payments. This service is offered two times a year, in October and March. Enrollment is open through the end of the month.

In addition to the AMP Plan, Coffeyville utility customers are encouraged to sign up for paperless billing. Customers who enroll will receive their bill by email and enjoy the convenience of paying online.
