A Kansas woman is dead in the aftermath of a motorcycle crash in northwest Arkansas.

According to the Arkansas State Patrol, the accident happened on September 27 on State Highway 23 in Clifty, Arkansas. 35-year-old Amanda Stonebraker of Goff, Kansas, was a passenger on the motorcycle. The motorcycle’s driver – a 49-year-old Eureka Springs man – had driven into the ditch to avoid a slow-moving vehicle. When he attempted to get back on the highway, the bike slid on its side. The driver was also injured in the crash.
