Two Kansas teens are injured in a personal watercraft accident at Lake of the Ozarks.

The accident occurred just before 6pm on Friday when a Sea-Doo watercraft operated by a 13-year-old girl was traveling in the water along the Osage Arm of the Lake. Her watercraft then side-swiped another jet ski operated by a 15-year-old girl. Both juveniles are from Wichita and were taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. The older girl was moderately hurt in the accident while the 13-year-old suffered serious injuries.
