A Frontenac man faces multiple felony charges after his arrest last week during the service of a high risk warrant.
40-year-old Nathan Derry was arrested last Thursday following a search by Frontenac police, Crawford County Sheriff’s deputies, and troopers from the Kansas Highway Patrol. The alleged crimes occurred on September 15 when a victim says Derry held her against her will and sexually assaulted her. Prosecutors have charged Derry with kidnapping and rape in the case. He is currently being held on a $1 million bond.
