Fire crews from Crawford County respond to an evening house fire.
Emergency crews responded to the call early Wednesday evening on East 530th Avenue. Upon arrival, firefighters found the single-story structure on fire with flames visible. Crews were on the scene for about 2 ½ hours and were able to fully extinguish the blaze. There was considerable damage to the home, but no injuries were reported.
The Crawford County Sheriff's Department, EMS and Emergency Management along with Evergy assisted on the call.
