Wilson County Commissioners hear department updates during this week's meeting.

 

Road and Bridge Director Kary Tatum spoke before the commission, receiving a quote for a Mower Max machine, which was tabled to next week's meeting. County Coordinator Kris Marple says the commissioners also approved fiber work in the county.

 

The commission also heard from New York Life Representative Dick Osterbuhr, who gave an update regarding the county's health insurance options. Marple says they are targeting a renewal date for later this year.

 

The Wilson County commission meets next on October 8th at 9 a.m. in Room 101 of the County Courthouse in Fredonia.
