The Humanities Project from Coffeyville Community College welcomes bilingual musician Vanessa Lively to the Spencer Rounds Theater .

 

Lively brings her resilience and unbreakable joy to her live performances. The Austin-based musician combines poetic lyrics with lush vocals and a rhythmic beat to her original folk songs. Lively showcases her Latin roots in her songs especially when she sings in Spanish. Lively's artistry extends beyond music. In 2017, Lively started a music-based non-profit in Austin called Home Street Music that helps combat homelessness.

Lively will perform Tuesday night in the Spencer Rounds Theater on the CCC campus.
