The dates for Kansas residents to submit free applications to the state's higher learning institutions is quickly approaching.

October 6-8 are Kansas Apply Free Days. For the three days, any Kansas resident regardless of age or income, can apply free at any of the 7 public universities as well as at any of the stae communities colleges, technical schools, or institutions that are members of the Kansas Independent College Association. Application fees will be waived for general applications, certificfate programs, and associate and bachelor degree programs. Graduate programs or other mid-degree programs do not qualify.

Kansas Apply Free Days encourage more Kansans to continue their education in an effort to break down barriers to higher education.
