The Tulsa State Fair kicks off today for its 11-day run.

 

Now through October 5th, the fairgrounds will be open, showcasing the best that northeast Oklahoma has to offer.

 

Local 4-H and FFA members will be showing off their projects during the course of the fair, which will be on display during the entire event.

 

FFA students have already been busy at the fairgrounds, with members from the Jenks, Coweta, Owasso, Skiatook, Bristow, Drumright, Mannford and Pawnee FFA Chapters volunteering behind the scenes.

 

The fairgrounds are located southeast of downtown Tulsa.
