The City of Coffeyville will not exceed the revenue neutral rate.
Finance Director Martin Cumings says notice was sent out of their intent to exceed it. The Commission voted to not exceed the RNR as well as approved the budget for the 2026 Fiscal Year.
The budget for 2026 for the City will be $103,800,692 compared to the 2025 budget of 110,187,405.
