A northwest Arkansas man convicted this week in the DWI death of a 14-year-old boy receives his sentence.

47-year-old Gregory Payne of Garfield, Arkansas, received a sentence of 15 years in prison for the 2024 accident that killed 14-year-old Gavin Bivens of Pea Ridge. On Tuesday, a jury convicted Payne of leaving the scene of an accident causing death and driving on an invalid license.
