The Independence Community College Board of Trustees approves purchases and hears updates on the EMS program.
At this month's meeting, trustees gave their final approval for the exterior wrap for the Mobile Fab Lab Trailer. College President Dr. Jonathan Sadhoo says the school chose the low estimate for the job.
The Mobile Fab Lab allows the school to take its technology on the road to area high schools. Trustees also approved the purchase of new computers for the eSports team. Sadhoo says the old computers will move into campus classrooms.
Trustees also heard updates on the EMS program and on options for faculty and staff health insurance plans. The ICC Board of Trustees meets on the third Monday each month in the Fab Lab building on the ICC campus.
