The Elk County Tax Foreclosure Sale is coming up on Tuesday, September 16th.
Tax foreclosure sales occur when a property owner fails to pay property taxes for three years. All real estate sold at the sale is without warranty as to the condition of the property. Those wishing to purchase property at the Elk County sale must be pre-registered by 4pm Monday.
Tuesday's sale begins at 1pm in the Cox Building in Howard.
