The Neodesha City Commission will continue its discussion on the City Fire and EMS budget at today's meeting.
Commissioners have been looking for a budget solution that would allow the Fire and EMS Department to continue operating without cuts to staffing and limiting an increase in taxes. That discussion will continue at today's meeting as the commission prepares to approve the 2026 city budget. Also on today's agenda is the consideration of a contract agreement with Western Consultants and Governmental Assistance Services. There will also be a discussion of the ribbon cutting ceremony at Crowder Park.
Today's meeting begins at 4pm at City Hall in Neodesha.
