The Kansas Department of Transportation announces approved bids for two projects in southeast Kansas.

The first project is slated for Crawford County for a bridge replacement over the Little Walnut Creek located about a mile east of the City of Walnut. That contract for $484,000 was awarded to B &B Bridge of St. Paul, Kansas.

The second project is a culvert repair in Greenwood County. The culvert is over Homer Creek on K-99 about three miles north of the junction with US-54. The $1.1 million project was also awarded to B & B Bridge of St. Paul.
