The Humanities Project from Coffeyville Community College welcomes singer-songwriter Marshall Hill to the Spencer Rounds Theater .
 

Hill's musical career spans forty years with a a repertoire that blends originals and covers from artists such as the Beatles, James Taylor, Cole Porter, and Hoagy Carmichael, His performances often include folk, blues, country, and even jazz standards..

Audiences often compare Hill to Randy Newman, but with a guitar. With every performance, Hill invites listeners not only into the music, but also into the stories behind his songs.
 

The performance is free to the public and gets underway at 6:30 tonight in the Spencer Rounds Theater.
