The former pastor of a Texas mega church waives his preliminary hearing as he faces child sex abuse charges in Osage County.

Robert Morris appeared in court yesterday wher he waived his right to the hearing. Morris is accused of the sexual abuse of a young girl in the 1980s that allegedly occurred when he was working as a traveling evangelist in Oklahoma. The victim was 12 years old when she says the abuse began and that it continued over the course of four years.

Morris will be arraigned in an Osage County Courtroom on October 2.
