Old Settlers Days happens this weekend in Elk City.

 

Activities kick off on Friday at noon as the exhibits in the community building open for public viewing. Then, at 6pm will be the crowning of the winners in the Queen, Prince, and Princess contests.

 

Saturday activities begin with a biscuits and gravy community breakfast. The parade takes place at 10am followed by lots of afternoon activities at the baseball field, including a tug-of-war tournament, a cornhole tournament,a  petting zoo, and races and games for the kids. The night finishes up with a talent show and a dance.

 

It all happens Friday and Saturday in Elk City.
