A Leavenworth man is found guilty of sexual battery after kissing a police officer on the neck during his arrest.

44-year-old Cleo Williams entered a no contest plea to the charge that stemmed from a December 2024 incident in which Williams was arrested after a domestic disturbance. During the arrest, Williams kissed the arresting officer's neck, leading to the charge.

Williams will be sentenced in a Leavenworth County courtroom on September 26.
