The Howard Chamber of Commerce is collecting items from area businesses to be included in the City’s “Welcome to Howard” bags.

Businesses in the Howard area that would like to contribute give-aways, promotional items, or business cards may drop them off at the Howard City Hall at 110 North Pine Street. The “Welcome to Howard” bags are given out to new residents when they set up utilities with the City. The City has partnered with the Elk County Community Foundation for the project.
