There will be a food distribution event on Wednesday in Parsons.

The Labette County Emergency Assistance Center will hold an Emergency Food Distribution Program event beginning at 9am on Wednesday. Items will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis until 11am or until all boxes are gone. Guests will be asked to show an I.D. or a utility bill with a current address. There is a limit of one proxy per person, limit two per vehicle.

The event begins at 9am on Wednesday as 2301 Main Street in Parsons.
