A rollover crash on I-70 leaves one man dead and twelve others injured.

The single-vehicle accident occurred just after 8am yesterday, about 25 miles west of Topeka, when a 2022 Ford Transit van blew a rear tire. This caused the driver, 43-year-old Blake Franklin of Columbus, Ohio, to lose control of the vehicle. The van then entered the grass median of the interstate and overturned multiple times. 23-year-old Isaiah Adkins was ejected from the vehicle when it rolled and suffered fatal injuries as a result. Seven other occupants of the van suffered serious injuries and were taken to hospitals in Topeka. Two were transported via helicopter.

All of the men in the vehicle are from Ohio. Several were not wearing seatbelts when the accident occurred.
