Coffeyville residents are working hard on home improvement activities as property owners take advantage of several local grant programs.
The City of Coffeyville says several initiatives aimed at helping improve homes, revitalize the downtown area, and support new home buyers have been fully utilized as of the month of August. Those programs include the Paint the Town Program, Weatherization & Emergency Repair grants, Historic Downtown Revitalization Grants, and the First-Time Home Buyer Incentive Program.
Oppotunities remain for housing and development opportunities, including New construction Programs for both Single and Multi-family housing and Developer Incentives. Community Development Officials also say more grant opportunities will be announced in the coming months.
