The Elk County Treasurer’s Office announces the date for this year’s Tax Foreclosure Sale.
The sale will be held on Tuesday, September 16, in the Cox Building in Howard. The sale will begin at 1pm. For those interested in purchasing property at the sale, pre-registration is required. The registration period will open on September 2 and run through September 15 at 4pm. The parcel list can be viewed on the Elk County website. Interested parties should be aware that owners will have the opportunity to redeem their property until September 15. The parcel list will be updated accordingly.
