Night one of the PRCA Rodeo at the Inter-State Fair is over, with another evening of action on the way.

 

Leading the bareback riding was Owen Brouillette, who scored 82 points thanks to good form and a well-performing horse.

 

A majority of the steer wrestlers had penalties from breaking the barrier, but Hoyt Kraeger stood outu with a time of 3.6 seconds.

 

Cam Hoelting and Dawson McMaster led the team roping at 5 seconds. In saddle brong, John Allen and Joe Macqueen tied with 85.5 points each.

 

Barrel racing was another popular event, with Ivy Saebens taking first at 17.37 seconds.

 

In Steer roping, Riley O'Rourke was awarded $1,418 with an average time of 21.5 seconds.

 

There were no qualified rides in the bull riding.

 

Night two of PRCA rodeo begins tonight at 7:30.
