Another Inter-State Fair and Rodeo Parade is in the books.

 

Organizer Shanna Motl says some of the first responders in the parade had to go on a call at the last minute, but she was still happy with the turnout.

 

Members of the Junior Advisory Council helped serve at the annual bean and watermelon feed after the parade.

 

The fair continues to bring in visitors from all over. Daniel and Monica Mason from Rising Sun, Maryland dropped their daughter off at Oklahoma State University and decided to stop by the fair. Monica says it's their first time in Kansas.

 

The fair continues today with the market steer show at 8 a.m., junior open heifer show at 1, bucket calf show at 6 and another night of PRCA rodeo at 7:30.
