A Bartlesville man is facing a felony charge after allegedly breaking into a Bartlesville residence.
33-year-old Cody Burkhart was charged on Monday with first-degree burglary after he allegedly kicked in the front door of a home on August 8th. After a brief struggle with the resident, authorities claim Burkhart took the victim's phone and fled the scene.
He has posted a $30,000 bond and will be back in a Washington County courtroom on September 19.
