The Montgomery County Commission is set to meet today as they address a brief agenda.
At today’s meeting, commissioners are expected to adopt a resolution outlining the rules and regulations that govern the four cemeteries owned and maintained by the County. Those cemeteries are LeHunt, Poor Farm, Quaker, and Highland. County Administrator Jonathan Booe will also appear before the commission to request the formal adoption of a wage study by the Arnold Group to determine any changes to the pay scale of county employees. County Register of Deeds Marilyn Calhoun will also give her quarterly report.
Today’s meeting begins at 9am in the Commission Room on the lower level of the Judicial Center in Independence. The public is invited to attend in person or to view the meeting online via the County’s website.
