Preparations are being made for next week's Interstate Fair and Rodeo.

Firefighters with the Coffeyville Fire Department worked on aerial operations training and then pitched in to help clean the bleachers at the fairgrounds. The City Parks Crew repaired the bridge near the show barns after a tree recently fell and damaged the railing.

Grand stand entertainment at the Interstate Fair and Rodeo gets started Tuesday at 7:00pm with the LJ Jenkins bull riding.
