Wilson County has sent out intent notices regarding revenue neutral rates for different departments.

 

That's the latest from the County Commission meeting this week. County Clerk Kayla Busch says this does not mean that any numbers are finalized.

 

Additional items of business at this week's meeting was an update from County Appraiser Jessica Porter, who informed the commission that the county is in substantial compliance with the state following the most recent results. The commission also received an update from County Coordinator Kris Marple.

 

There will be no meeting on August 20th, but the commission will meet on both August 13th and August 27th at 9 a.m. in Room 101 of the courthouse in Fredonia.
