A Garden City man is arrested for road rage for the second time in three months.

Garden City police arrested 31-year-old Andrew Ortiz yesterday morning following reports that he had threatened another driver with a handgun. Along with deputies from the Finney County Sheriff's Department, officers located Ortiz's vehicle and took him into custody, following what was considered a high-risk traffic stop. During the stop, officers recovered a lower receiver of a firearm.

Ortiz was also arrested in May for a similar incident. He was booked into the Finney County Jail and faces a charge of Aggravated Assault in the case. No one was injured in the incident.
